Accurate Infrared personnel are experts at finding moisture intrusion on roofs. We preform aerial surveys, walk on roof inspections, or a combination of both to help determine the exact areas of your roof that are retaining moisture and causing leaks in your facility.

During the day the sun uniformly heats up a roof. In the evening, when the sun drops below the horizon, the roof cools off. In areas of the roof that retain moisture, that area will be warmer than the rest of the roof once the sun has gone down and will then be identifiable to an infrared technician.
