ELECTRICAL INFRARED INSPECTIONS

FIND DEVELOPING FAULTS BEFORE THEY BECOME OUTAGES, DAMAGE OR SAFETY INCIDENTS

ENERGIZED ELECTRICAL INSPECTIONS BUILT FOR ACTION

Accurate Infrared inspects energized electrical distribution systems in facilities ranging from commercial buildings and healthcare campuses to manufacturing plants, utilities, data centers and ships. Our Level II and Level III certified thermographers identify abnormal heating associated with loose or deteriorating connections, overloads, phase imbalance, failing components and other conditions that deserve attention.

Surveys are coordinated with facility personnel and performed while equipment is energized and operating under normal load. Critical findings are communicated promptly. Each final report pairs thermal and visual imagery with equipment identification, temperature data and clear recommendations for repair planning.

DETECT

Locate abnormal heating and developing electrical conditions without interrupting normal operations.

COMMUNICATE

Receive prompt notification when a critical condition requires immediate attention.

DOCUMENT

Use paired thermal and visual images with concise findings to plan repairs and future preventive-maintenance surveys.

FIELD EXAMPLES

Representative imagery from real field assignments. Client, vessel and location details are intentionally withheld.

EXPERIENCE YOU CAN PUT TO WORK

Accurate Infrared’s field team includes Level II and Level III certified thermographers with current NFPA 70E training and more than two decades of hands-on infrared inspection experience. We support one-time surveys, annual preventive-maintenance programs, multi-site portfolios and shipboard electrical systems across the United States and internationally.

To obtain meaningful results, equipment should be energized and operating under normal load conditions. Before arrival, we coordinate the scope, access, escorts, safety requirements and reporting expectations with your team.
